Ocha solves this with a WhatsApp-first concierge experience. Patients land on a focused education hub, learn about treatments in their language, and route qualified inquiries directly into a human concierge workflow.
I built the production site solo, integrating Supabase for patient records, WhatsApp Cloud API for messaging, and a multilingual content layer for English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin patient education.
